What is the refund policy?
All sales are final.
If something occurs out of our control causing a cancellation, refunds will be issued as follows: 100% if cancelled before May 1, 2024. 50% if cancelled before May 18, 2024.
When does registration close?
Last day to register to receive a t-shirt is Wednesday, May 1, 2024. ALL registrations end on Friday, May 17th at 11:00PM. We will not offer “day of” registration.
Will there be water provided?
Prior to the ride portion of the event, EVO has a touch-less water filling station that participants can use to fill their water bottles (not provided).
When do I check-in?
RIDE & RUN: Check-in begins 30 minutes before your wave starts. Check-in will be located by the EVO front door. Ride participants can enter the EVO lobby no earlier than 15 minutes before their wave start (to ensure proper studio cleaning & sanitization between waves). Ride & Run waves will continue to cycle through at 7:00AM, 9:00AM & 10:00AM. The 8:00AM time slot is for TEAM & RUN ONLY participants.
Example: WAVE 1 (7:00AM) — Check-in opens at 6:30AM, EVO lobby can be entered at 6:45AM, ride begins at 7:00AM, ride ends at 7:30AM, transition period until the run begins at 7:45AM, participant runs/walks their own pace to Fritse Park & back to finish (route noted by cones/arrows/etc).
RUNNING ONLY (individual & team): Running partners & runners (no riding), check-in from 7:00 - 7:55AM by the EVO front door. Belongings can be held in your car. We will provide a key drop for you to safely keep your keys. We ask that runners DO NOT line-up on the starting line until 7:50AM (a wave goes off at 7:45AM so the start line needs to be clear). The horn goes off at 8:00AM & your chip starts when you cross under the starting arch & ends when you cross under it after the 4-miles.
The wave I want is full, now what?
Each Ride & Run wave is capped to 20 participants. Once a wave is full, it is closed. Changing waves after registering is not allowed. The Run only 8:00AM wave has unlimited capacity, although registration ends Friday, May 17th, at 11:00PM.
Can my friend ride and I run?
Absolutely! You will want to have each of you select & register for the portion of the event you plan to participate in. If you plan to ride, then you would select “RIDE - 8:00AM - TEAM” to register & your friend would purchase “RUN - 8:00AM - TEAM”. The team option is only available at 8:00AM.

How is the Ride & Run scored?
We will start with the run time & deduct 1 second for every power point earned in the studio.

Example: If participant takes 40-minutes to perform the run & scores (whether team or individual) 240 points during the ride, then the final scoring time would be 40 minutes minus 4 minutes (240 power points / 60 seconds) = 36 minute final time. Then we will rank all of the times in order & the top 2 place for each category listed above under “awards”.
Our team will work with the timing team to complete these final times during the event so that we can announce winners once all of the waves have completed their event! You can stick around to find out winners or wait for a recap email sent the next day!
Scoring Run Participants:
The fastest time per recorded timing. No age categories.
All winners will be announced at the end of the event! We highly encourage participants to stick around & cheer on others waves throughout the day. Winners that are not present at the end of the event will be emailed informing them of their winnings.
